Training Courses
We provide specialist training programmes for airlines, airport operators, and organisations operating in safety-critical environments, focused on strengthening psychological awareness and support within their teams. These courses are designed to equip managers, crew, and operational staff with a practical understanding of mental health, human performance, and the psychological factors that influence decision-making, communication, and safety. Training can be tailored to organisational needs and may cover areas such as stress and fatigue management, recognising early signs of psychological difficulty, and fostering a culture that supports both wellbeing and operational effectiveness.
Our approach is grounded in the realities of high-performance environments, where clarity, resilience, and sound judgement are essential. We focus on delivering structured, evidence-based training that translates directly into day-to-day operations, helping organisations support their people while maintaining the highest safety standards. Programmes can be delivered online or in person and are adaptable for different roles, from frontline staff to leadership teams, ensuring psychological support is embedded consistently across the organisation.
Post-Incident Crew Support Training for Managers
A practical, aviation-specific training programme designed for managers supporting cabin crew following onboard incidents. This course equips participants with a clear psychological framework to understand crew responses to stress and trauma, alongside structured communication tools such as the CALMER model for post-incident contact. The focus is on enabling managers to provide effective, supportive, and professionally appropriate responses while maintaining operational clarity and boundaries in safety-critical environments.
Post-Incident Psychological Support Package
A structured, trauma-informed support service for cabin crew following exposure to a significant operational or safety-related incident. The package includes up to three individual sessions focused on psychological stabilisation, processing of the event, and supporting a safe and sustainable return to normal duties. Delivered with an understanding of aviation demands, the service integrates clinical expertise with operational awareness and includes clear guidance on whether further support or referral is required.
Aviation Neurodiversity Coaching
Specialist coaching for aviation professionals with ADHD, autism, or related neurodivergent profiles, focused on enhancing functioning within safety-critical roles. This service supports individuals in developing practical strategies for attention management, communication, fatigue, and workload regulation, while recognising both strengths and challenges associated with neurodiversity. The approach is applied, confidential, and grounded in real-world aviation demands rather than generic coaching models.
